That is awesome, now you need to start making videos since you have the free camera.

If it is more pink/red then it has to do with tint being slightly towards magenta but if it is too blue then the camera is setting the white balance too cold. It can happen with even the most expensive cameras when there isn't a good frame of reference to what is white. I would suggest not using auto white balance because if you have RGB lights or anything else it might keep changing the white balance

@@Jacqie The thing is whenever I used my white LED lights above me it always adds like a blue reflection in my hair and when I turn the white balance towards the warmer side to take the blue away it turns everything too warm but the blue in my hair stays due to the white led lights. It works great with natural light but I can't seem to find perfect white balance with my Led lights even when Im not using auto.

I had some problems at first yes where it didn't update and it kept giving me the issue, but it got sorted after a while don't know what changed but I got it to update later

Do you run synapse or not? The settings for me ssved but only when I opened synapse.

@@Jacqie yes, using Synapse 3, all settings in place except low light compensation box ...

I have tried looking into this but can't seem to find a reason why it would do that. Some people say you need to uninstall and reinstall synapse 3. Maybe give it a try and see if that works.

@@Jacqie mate, huge thanks for your interest. Uninstalled drivers, uninstalled Synapse 3, reinstalled, raised RAZER ticket support ... no way to get Kiyo (not pro) with updated firmware 2.0.3 saving the low light compensation config state :(

@@dankof I don't think the regular Kiyo really advertises low light setting changes.

I didn't use this camera for the entire video, but there are sections where I show what the Kiyo looks like. The camera isn't bad and compared to other webcams it is pretty good, but a dslr or mirrorless will always look much better.

@@Jacqie yeah I'm just starting out on KZfaq so it's not too bad but it just sometimes seems grainy and that is crisp as I would have thought it would be

@@DrMcnugget1 there are settings you need to check. Make sure you add enough light, lower exposure compensation, and it should be less noisy.
