honestly i perfer it to be wired, so i won't have to be changing batteries or charging it and i can just use 24/7

Only thing though is the usb will be worn down over time then It will lag, check out the razer nari ultimate, it lasts all day and charges overnight

@@21skullz22 A bit bias there to be honest as a Nari Ultimate owner, the battery is just mediocre. It last about 8hrs or less to me.

I own it too and the battery life lasts 8 hours which is an average game time for a day then you charge it overnight. I’ve had my fair share of wired headsets and they break faster.

Really nice review. It deserves more views for sure. Currently I am using the Kraken USB headset and I am looking for a new replacement. I'd really like to have a Razer wireless headset(like the Nari) but these seem to be really nice.

I currently use the Nari Ultimate, but I have the Kraken Ultimate arriving today. I love the Nari Ultimate, but im kinda tired of all the beeping and audio breaks it has, so wanted to regain a wired headset to avoid that mess.

I've been using the A50s for god knows how long... they're so uncomfortable! The sound quality isn't that great either. They were excellent to start off with, and I believe it's time to upgrade. Wasn't sure on what to get, thanks to you I now own this headset. Far better, and feel great.

had mine for 3 days now, loving it. the THX 360 is alot better than the 7.1 i had on the thresher ultimate. Earcups are so comfy too

Harryem I’m thinking of getting these but are they better then the Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 chroma ( it’s the one that uses synapse 2.0 software ) Like will you hear everything real well and like Rainbow six siege will u be able to get a real good idea where the enemy is coming from?

I'll be honest and say that this headset is NOT BAD. It has decent audio and some of the time I hear a weird popping sound from my headphones but I think that's on my part. At least it has RGB and the mic can actually sound good but you need to download voicemeeter banana and tinker with the settings until you find a good quality. If it's your first time buying razer headsets, then I'd suggest this.

I'd like to see how you set up your Razer Nari because mine sounds horrible with THX Spatial Surround Sound. Just stereo sounds okay. I tried so many EQ settings and other trouble shooting things but still they just sound quite good with stereo and some EQ adjustments

Basically the ultimate is slightly better than the 7.1 v2 the mic on the 7.1 v2 has more control with the mic tho, like how much ambient noise is reduced. However the ANC seems to be fixed on the ultimate.

Please give me advice: Nari Ultimate much better with sound position and so on in gaming? Because I am mainly going to use headphones for games and very seldom for music or watching TV. I understand that Nari Ultimate has bigger price than this Cracken Ultimate but does Nari real cost such price? Is Nari better only in vibration in comparing with Kracken Ultimate? Regarding microphone I usually play alone without team, so I use micro very seldom, so advantage of microphone in Kraken is no so important for me...) Thanks in advance for your advices....

I use the noise canceling program from nvidia rtx audio it works great if you have a rtx graphics card and the sound is great i hope it will work aswell with these.

These should of have a removable cable razer needs to step it up. I will be getting the Nori soon. They just came in today and so far I love them so far. The software is so complicated to use, Razer should just give us a app and make it simple. Were exactly did you go to get to the software, I'm having a little trouble.

may i just add that there is a pair of headphones called the redragon siren 2 , that is a much cheaper version of the nari ultimate, its as good as the nari but with the bass boost put on in the eq of the siren 2 software , it becomes really worth the money

Just got the kraken 2019! Edit 5 months later: dude it’s not even been a year but should I upgrade to kraken ultimate? I saw one on Amazon for $50!! That’s too little for a headset nearly as good as the holy nari ultimate! So should I upgrade cuz y’know it’s just too cheap it’s nearly the same price as the 2019 so yeah it just ahh it doesn’t come with a fancy razer packaging that’s what bothers me it’s because it’s Amazon renewed. But there’s one not on Amazon renewed so will it have the same fancy razer packaging?
