Razer Nari Ultimate not connecting

This is happening to my Nari Ultimate. My headset can connect if I run the repair, but as soon as a game gets to the start screen it gets booted out of my connections, and start messing up my USB list, it almost twitches. - I was in contact with support, but have lost all contact with them. Besides changing who the support agent was every day if I didn't respond within 5 minutes of their emails. I tried all of their solutions, without correction. They were supposed to send me an RMA email with a shipping label and I did not recieve it or their re-attempt to send it. Now they won't talk to me, so I may have to phone and raise some hell with them. I have one of their keyboards and mouse, and generally I am okay with their stuff, but this is ridiculous. I have now purchased a corsair virtuoso XT headset, to see if they are better.

Same exact freaking problem. Sadly I knew these headsets were a problem from the moment I got em :/ time to see if they help with headsets outside of warranty time :[.

My headset broke my PC Bluetooth and now I have to use a usb Bluetooth for my PC and I’m livid with the product. Honestly i see why people don’t offer razor gaming stuff now because there eye candy products with poor quality. Only thing I respect is the mouse

@@afonsoribeiro7072 Sorry, I must have forgotten to replay to this. So Razer allowed me to return the failed headset, it is not even on their website anymore unless you look at a console version. Then they had me purchase and then they returned the money any headset of my choice, was the kraken V3 Pro. I am not using that headset, still boxed, and am likely to sell it as I purchased a corsair virtuoso XT. THe virtuoso is doing pretty well for me so far. Been using the virtuoso since early February. No trouble with it yet.

I feel the same way, I have one of their keyboards and a mouse. Not much into the keyboard, though I haven't used all of the functions like profiles or the lighting app (chroma). @@Bizzroa

i have the same problem.. my dongle isn’t working properly and couldn’t recognized even i plugged it in different usb ports.. :( are there any solved problems here? maybe would like to give it a share on how to reconnect again?

Did you update the drivers for the headset and software? Usb needs to be inserted first then turn on. Use a cable to connect the headset to update the firmware, drivers and software.

Just got this headset and was about to take it back thinking the wireless dongle was missing! You saved me from an embarrassing trip back to Best Buy!

That is one thing that was happening to me. Tried different USB slots, Even Bluetooth didn't work. If it is the Nari Ultimate, they don't even have it on their website anymore. I thought that it was the new flagship model when I bought it, then within a year or so it was gone. Good thing for me is that it was still in warranty.

I just got them today, they connect to pc, but you gotta connect the usb first, than let download the files that come with. They won’t connect with my Xbox tho

This is Very good headset but with very bad dongle I have two one from me & one for my brother & both of them stop working less than one year my advice not to buy it tbh the warranty is pain you have to record video & send it to them coz I bought it online so no shop that I can visit & solve the issue

Mine randomly disconnected - was still powered on - in the middle of a game. Did a restart, replugged the USB. Checked inside the Sound Control Panel and found that all of the Input and Output related to my headset were randomly deleted. The only thing that remained of my razer headset was THX Spatial Audio. Even if the USB dies out on you, it shouldn't delete audio devices for no reason. Amazing how shit of a headset Razer made.

Yeah, I learned that a while ago. I do like the hypersense technology that come with. Probably the best thing going for them. They're fun to use

Bro the same shit happened to me mid-use (I was in a google meet listening to my teacher ) then boom stopped working. Like when no outside/ external source what really made this shit stop. Makes u think... Anyways, did u end up finding a fix for it?

Have you verified that port didn't stop working? Like, test it with a storage USB?

some methods to try, make sure you have any type of "USB" drivers for your motherboard installed. and make sure that on the inside, your front io is connected at the bottom of the mobo. if it's not connected, nothing would work on the case side of things.

Blue means it's in pairing mode, You need to connect the USB

Have the headset off before you plug your dongle in then turn the headphones on. I have a pair that I use both for my ps5 and pc. If that doesn't work it's probably software related. Looks like you are using them on a pc make sure your razer software is up to date. If not check and make sure your audio drivers are correct. If you have windows 11 you can perform a mike test within the audio settings. I would also open up the razer software simultaneously because it also has a mike test tab. Good luck!
