4 month review of the kraken. Comfort is exceptional and the cooling gel really makes a difference. Sound quality is better than average but the tournament edition remote really enhances it. Mic sounds epic and overall I think these are better than the cloud 2 and alpha for the price

Purchased these a few years back and although immediately satisfied, they lacked durability and Razer didn’t refund or replace the item and customer service wasn’t at all up to standard it should be, and the warranty was a total let down

Honest review here: I used the Razer Kraken for about 2 years. Now I got another headset by Roccat and the difference is huge. But not in favor or the Razer product.

Blackshark v2 and V2 pro are the only headsets worth getting. Definitely best sound I’ve ever heard. The kraken lineup is terrible they are huge and uncomfortable.

Ive gone through 2 krakens now... On both the fake leather or w/e is on the ear muffs have worn out and one of em just worked with one ear. Sadly had to switch :/
