I can safely say the true reason why you're collecting razor scooter wheels is because... Well, you see, Mad Robot Norton actually came from some sort of evil alien planet that simply can not stand anything Tubular and Funky, they traveled from planet to planet, getting rid of anything that was Gnarly and Extremely X-Treme... Their final destination was Earth, where the Radical levels were off the charts, Norton and his fellow alien robot....things noted that anything between the average age of kids and teenagers were the primary sources of the Radical Energy that Earth was giving off. So Mad Robot Norton decided to kidnap everyone, and the only way you can beat him is to go into MAXIMUM RADOCITY (Rad and Velocity) in order to truly destroy him and his evil alien robot space base, but even though the Razor Brand Scooter is the most effective weapon for this sort of battle, it still cannot handle that much radical power before it bursts into flames and the wheels implode, and you have to collect spare wheels so you can stay in MAXIMUM RADOCITY to truly defeat Norton, and make the ultimate sacrifice by risking the threat of tearing a hole through space and time with your X-Treme power in order to save anything Kool and Jammin'. It's a wild ride that can make any dude shed a tear......

basically, this is messed up version of Tony Hawk for kids

I remember the razor craze, it was really weird and I wasn't really affected by it. I got my first non training wheel bike the Christmas before the craze hit and I loved my bike. Plus I lived out in the middle of nowhere and a bike was essential to get to the maverick gas station for candy and drive-in for ice cream in town. That could not to that on a razor, imagine razoring for a mile on the shoulder of a highway. I remember the 'town kids' had them, and they looked like a bunch of loosers in the school parking lot. The craze didn't last very long because my younger brother, by the time he was old enough for one, they weren't popular anymore and he just got a bike.

Looked up Sloppy Meateaters on wikipedia, found this gem: Sloppy Meateaters released Forbidden Meat in early 2001 on Orange Peal Records. The band spent the entire year touring in support of the new album, booking all of the tours themselves. SME played one show at the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, did a week on the Warped tour, and ended the tour in fall 2001 by crashing their van into a police car on the interstate.
