Today I upgraded my Razor MX500 to a 48 Volt system by Electric Scooter Parts. Then, I reviewed the system after installing it.

I thought the stock motor was 500w. I think you said 1,000w to get to 21mph in your video. Did you only add the overvolt kit and extra battery or did you also change the motor?

One problem 42v charger doesn't charge for a that battery 48v 42 volt chargers only charge 36 volt batteries

The kit you buy is meant for 48v battery’s in the bike but the bike only has 36v. You need an extra bettery or it will probably not work

It didn't look like much on camera but the old tire was punctured and the rim was bent.
