I don't know if it is right or wrong bt in ncert it is given that height of plant is not given on the description of herbarium sheets.

I use my sketchbook, arrange and flatten them how I want, press them with something heavy, wait a few days/ a week and tape them in with clear tape so they don't degrade as I look through them.

Missing the corrugated cardboard :-P makes cleaner, more even, stacks and absorbs more moisture.
