The only hardship that associate with rbi is transfer policy, the non- Maharashtra people will face the difficulty to stay in Mumbai for 70% of their career, as the people different, food different, language different, and haunting of home sickness , this keeps candidates stay away with rbi grade b post

You want to settle in your home state not because you like your state but because your family lives there. Your family your parents will not leave their home to live like a banjara in their old age. This transfer policy is bad.

I love my home state because it is where i grew up and most comfortable . Being logically i like Govind dev ji temple jaipur and vibes of jaipur so i want to stay in there and see my children grew up there. Rajasthan is full of joy , i want to live here and die here.

Well said but there's no abundance of jobs in our cities. Like i live in Agra but delhi seems to be only position but rising pollution . After Agra, jaipur is my second favt city . Can u suggest some job fields to look into for posting in jaipur in Govt compt exams.

My reason to stick to my state is, my parents my family u know when u go to another city no matter u r in what job u just get disappear somwhere u feel lost, at the end of the day we are not data learning robots we r human, u will start missing things and start regretting, cause if ur parents live with u they start missing their homies and loved ones, as apart from their child they also have social life frds parents siblings and all, I know I sound like dumb, but I cannot help it

Answering to your qs sir asked at the end of the video:- I am from Bihar and I love my state Because of two reasons, my family and the second is the physiography of the state. Bihar lies in the most fertile land of the world (Indo Gangetic plain) and the most sacred river Ganga flows through this state.

Sir, I've read an answer in quora regarding home posting a while back. A person said that the training is going to be in two batches and the first batch candidates having top single digit ranks have a chance of home posting if their state have vacancies and most of the remaining will be alloted to mumbai and other regions. Is this true?

It's not like that it completely depends on the RBI basically the Human Resource Dept. Plus the first batch happens with around 50-60 student in a batch

I mean to say that the training happens in 50-60 students per batch. N getting top 50-60 ranks doesn't guarantee you your home posting. It solely depends upon the RBI HR Dept. If ur luck is on another level you may get your home posting, but in very rare cases a candidate gets his home posting whether he is the first or last ranker

It's very likely to be posted in Mumbai for almost all the recruited officers. And posting time in Mumbai is little longer than others.

@@fit_with_mee you won't be able to stay forever in Mumbai. May be you can extend your stay on request but you'll have to serve to other locations/ states after 3-5years.

It's my choice not because I don't wanna explore but because I don't want transfers in diff states anywhere in the country. I Love travelling though but don't want this.

Nahi ab 10th and 12th Kai marks consider nahi ho Rahe Hai 60 percent minimum only graduation and pg Mai 58 percent minimum 👍 👌 I think you read new eligibility criteria of education of rbi
