The only option left to you is to fill the form again. It is allowed by UPSC only. Your new form will automatically override your old form. Do fill the same details including mobile number and email. You'll be asked why are you filling the form again, so provide a reasonable answer there. That's all.

Sir generally in many questions "Interest Rate" term is used. Here I sometimes get confused is it used for:- 1. the interest rate offered by the RBI to its clients 2. the interest rate at which banks are offered money from RBI 3. The interest rate at which Banks offer money to public as laons
