When did Trump pack the court? Packing the court stands for increasing the number of seats so that no mater who dies you can have it your way in one 4 year cycle. So in theory the republican majority (so called) means they could get as high as 6-3. Packing the court means you add 4 more seats and fill them with Dems and you now win 7-6. It leaned democrat for 40 years. Does anyone know when it was last a dem minority? Also Barret, the Trump appointee, and establishment choice voted against Trump, as do other republican appointees frequently. And Jackson voted for some of the most controversial "Republican" votes. Roberts often votes with the Dems. Conservatives are pissed that Trump took advice from establishment sources and basically stacked it with Lincoln Project people who are establishment shills, and mostly vote that way, which is how the Dem members vote. He was very "balanced" unless you think democracy means only democrats at every level of everything. The court itself is more concerned about it's role than anything else.
