i seriously just watched 20 mins of rc sled pull

At the start of this video it was really to see how you have got the experience through the years with filming model cars and making them look very realistic. For the first moments in this video I had the impression that the Judge was a 1:1 scale pullingsled, nice filming with the right camera angles !!! It's all medic and black widow power in this movie, well done.

But Medic, don't you always say that that's part of the fun? All part of RCing? lol ;) You've built an inspiringly epic piece of mechanical art. A mastery of metal & mayhem. Though expensive, is it truly right to just shelve such a magnificent machine? When you can risk a repair or two to inspire literally hundreds of thousands of people around the planet. Brake & rebuild bigger & better, we have the technology. I triple dog dare you!

that sled looks a hell of a lot better then the old dragging wagon thats was at the Ontario TTC

Very nice. Although I think that the judge's sled needs to be adjusted to horizontal 180 degrees. Right now it has a small incline. The truckshave to "pull" the weights up to the front of the trailer. This will all be solved by increasing the diameter of the tires in the back of the trailer . The purpose of it is just to increase drag. But you all knew that

For next year's event, The Man military truck, Project HD Overkill, and maybe even the Man 8 wheel Dumper should make a special appearance. Please make it happen bro!!!

i dont like this type of rc'ing but still gotta respect the work put into fabricating these things.

tip for next year, have a much shorter chain length, only huge 4x4 tractors use a large chain like that when pulling! for scale refference a 1:1 sled has about an 4-5ft chain and mounts much higher on the pull vehicles chasis!

Great vid :-). The only thing i would have done was made sure the rails on the judge were clean for every round so the weight platform could roll without restriction. After all its part of the whole moving rig. Cheers

It's there to pull the weight further to the front of the trailer the further your truck pulls it. Makes it harder to pull the further you go.

To Robert Q. I feel for 355 an axial trail honcho is as scale and flexible as good as you can get and tough too, the jeep by axial is nice too and I have both but I had to move the battery tray to get more weight up front for hill climbing where as the honcho's battery is moved already. but that's your choice this is just my thoughts on this matter. hope it helps and good luck trailing .
