To enable the brake lights you have to flip the left most dip switch on the controller. Stock it is in the up position, when you pull the trigger it goes forward, push and reverse. When the dip switch is down it is pull to go forward, push to brake (and the brake lights come on). Let the trigger return to neutral and push again to reverse

Rock vans are awesome! I’d like to install the two speed in mine. Any gripes with the shifting? I’ve heard some complaints about the shift servo not cooperating.
