Great video Mark… Thanks for the first person view from the driver’s perspective. “It’s a great feeling like I’m running this race. Hope you can make more videos on your races like that. It’s also great to see your son follows you on the races and will be like you in the future. I’m sure he’s experienced enough and can see he’s well at home at the race track. Great vid giving another perspective of racing. If your using a newer gopro then get the gopro app on your phone. You will be able to connect the camera to your phone and line up your camera to get the shot you want.

Super fun video to watch, thanks for this! Quick question though: On jumps, I see the car wiggling in the air, is there a gyro in these things to keep them balanced to land properly? I haven't built one of these yet, but it looks so squirly in the air sometimes.

No you adjust your balance using throttle or brakes

Got to take that e buggy amd turn it into a super late model and run it in dirt oval. The fast pace thrill is way more exciting then the slower pace off road. Ask Tyler keel he know lol

Yeah bc going is circles is so much more thrilling than flying 20-30ft through the air in the middle of your lap..oh and right handed turns haha..to each their own..but the pace is set by the driver. And 1/8 off road cars cover way more track than oval 1/10’s-David C.

@@ameliacrabtree7864 oh we run 1/8 scale 4wd buggys as late models and its a big oval with banked turns not a little10th scale track. We set those cars in the turns hauling ass and they drift the turns. Its pretty exhilarating. Alot of sponsored off road guys are making the switch .Tyler keel is a associated driver.. i race with him on occasions. I have a sc5 and sc6.1 and there are now oval cars. Sure jumping is fun but entering a corner at 50 keeping up speed and not looping out is challenging on its own especially in a 2wd buggy. Just cause u get turn right at 15mph doesn't compare.The only part that's really hard in off road is if you're going to jump a single double or triple that lap and maybe the whoops if there is any. Making a car designed for off road run oval is a challenge in itself with the rake and caster and mid motor what tranny to use lay down mid or rear motor. Can't run stock off road springs. Weight shifting on all for corners etc. Go drive one bet you will enjoy it but it's a whole new ball game from off road i promis

Jeff Bryner thats cool man. There are things waayyy more skill involved the doing a double single, or try a triple double with a slight left turn in the middle of it. Shit is hard to do! Lol like I said to each his own. We have to worry about set ups and diff oils and shock oils and springs and gearing too. And tires....

@@ameliacrabtree7864 oh yeah I know. I use to do it several years back. I have a losi buggy and a rc10t. Got out for awhile. No one runs off road around me. They have turned there off road tracks into ovals. We have one tiny carpet track and a 1/8th scale track being built but not finished yet. I was skeptical going into oval like this stupid u just turn left but it is alot more fun then it looks and its just as hard to be fast as off road racing. Way more fast pace imo.

To many E-words man where are the real engines at the nitro engine smoke an experience vs plugging in a battery lmao any one can do it one reason I don't like electric that much I stick to my nitros an 1/5 gas cars where u actually tune the engines but hey everyone I guess has the preference
