its jerky because its operating at higher volts than it was designed for, i guarantee these were originally meant to have 2 AA batteries and not an 18650

I bought one but it doesn't work, my remote is blinking and the lights of the excavator too, i charged the battery for like 20min and it still doesn't work, am I doing anything wrong?

Try charging the battery for 2-3 hours. From my understanding that's the average charging time for every 30 to 40 mins of play for 11CH models.
