the Charleston.
One of many recent advanced reversing rudder maneuvers.
It's aggressive movements compliment professional routines at stage front.
This flight maneuver is designed for advanced pilots.
Pre-requesite maneuvers may include piro flips, tic tocks, and mastery of nose-in flight.
In this example, we will be flying right rudder for the left stage and left rudder for the right stage.
Note the difficulty and danger of this maneuver lies in it's reversing rudder transition at the knife-edge (or vertical) stage.
It employs the moment of inertia as a stall point that allows for a short moment of time for the reversing transition.
The maneuver requires a model capable of hard rudder reversing capabilities.
As such, please use a high performance helicopter that has been tuned by a professional.
