Thanks for making the effort. I am new to this and once I watch this a few more times, I will at least have some understanding of setting up. Thanks.

you can start with any type of heli, its down to how much you understand about set-up. flybarless helis have a tri axis gyro, and this needs setting up. so you need to fly to ajust the settings.

Hi I have the raptor 30 heli what should the throttle curve settings
@kz450612 жыл бұрын
hi you were saying the long bar gives stability , we on the trex and raptor are finding short bar like 350 with red paddles is the most stable in hovers what do you think
@kz450613 жыл бұрын
hi i have never seen or herd of flybar pitch setting it makes sense is the travel via link rod or servo travel , cause you would need more than 7% on a ccpm head when servo moves for full pitch i cant see on the 450 trex how i can limit the travel to 7%

to ajust the deg. of blades for aileron & elevator, use the servo throw part of your TX and ajust the the percentage of throw for the appropriate servo, ie aileron with the pitch gauge on the main blades, ajust throw and check deg on gauge as you change the setting of the throw unitl you reach 6 or 7 deg. do this in both directions left stick and right full stick. do the same for elevator.
@subzzzzzzzero13 жыл бұрын
@kz4506 you use your transmitter prameters to ajust the throw on how far your aileron & elevator move. max travel.

bogged down = to much blade pitch for the engine to turn, so the engine slows right down. there is a limit to what an engine can turn at any point in time. thats why with helicopters rotor head speed is critical for the engine to in crease power when the blade loading changes.

nitro heli`s are designed to fly with just the main tank. but i wouldnt trust it, if you have the time, put a header tank on, just to be sure no air gets up the fuel pipe.
