What I’ve learned about this is lexan rc paint flashes really fast and if you don’t want a caked up mess on the bottom you need to go way faster than he did. Also standard rattle can paint will flake off of the body on your first crash so definitely use rc body paint.

I'm doing this with: Black, Yellow, and white but with Lexan Paint from Hobby Store. They suggested I do the car in 4 segments: Front, sides, and rear, THEN do one full dip with the black. Let dry 100%, then do a smooth undercoat of all white. I'm looking forward to this.
