Definitely should use the D sail. Here are the winds each sail is best designed to handle. A up to 8 mph B up to 17 mph C up to 28 mph D up to 40 mph

As former laser sailor, I love to see this... nosediving happens also in real dimension.

Nice to hear. Also enjoyed a bit of full size Dinghy sailing many years ago. The beauty with the Toy boats is, you don't get wet and cold when the weathers not so good.

Definitely overpowered. Good time for the D sail as other boats had.

But if you can go faster than those with the D sail by quickly flipping the rudder to port & starboard to minimize the submarining, stick with the C sail and definitely beat the others going to weather.

Thanks, sometimes nice to test your limitations and stretch yourself.

Hi how did you fix the camera to the decking?
@flyingtonyw5 жыл бұрын
Is it a Laser you have got ? I fix in three different locations depending on which rig I use. Mast for A and B rig, antennae stud location for C rig and lid top for D rig. Was that any help.

@@flyingtonyw What are you using for a camera? I've been trying to figure out how to do this.

@@paulgascoigne374 Hi Paul, First of all is it the Laser you are sailing ?........I use only cheap copy G.Pro as wouldn't want to risk anything too expensive. I could probably do a small picture video of how I do it, if it helps.

In the video with C rig, it's attached to the antennae stub with some of the fittings supplied and enclosed in the waterproof housing.

@@flyingtonyw Hi there, yes, I am sailing the Laser. I'm trying to put together a video to create more participation in our local group. The camera in the video looks very small, what is the brand? I like the idea of using the antenna hole.
