I'm not sure what this is meant to prove but I'm happy that you're happy.

Yeah!!! No matter the weather they will fire up! My engines would need a preheat at that extreme of temps.

Nagyon béna az alapjárat. Nem olyan egyeletes mint egy modell dieselé.

What kind of nitro buggy is that have the same one been trying to find out the model for years

hi what do you mean?

It's an FS Racing 1/8 buggy from around 2004-2006 model number 31201, boxes came with the model name 'Focus' but mine was a 'Spirit' according to the body. I marvelled over the quality of the differential crown and pinion gears in this buggy, considering it is basically a cheap Chinese knock-off of an Inferno. Big problem is, Chinese company, old model, zero parts available anywhere I can find. I did a brushless conversion on mine and use it at the dog park for my dog and others to chase around, rather than hard-core fast driving or bashing. Not a bad buggy really, shame about the lack of available parts.

Update: I've just realised it appears to be exactly the same chassis as an Ansmann Virus (first version), probably wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't been looking at it again, perhaps I can get parts that way, cheers.

My Jato 3.3 hasn't been run in 3 years and the piston is stuck any suggestions.

remove the glow plug, put some fuel inside the cylinder bore. let it soak over night. then turn the flywheel over by hand. should free up. always use after run oil before storing a nitro rc
@leemollison75083 ай бұрын
If it is really bad, you can take the engine out, clean the outside of dirt and gunk, remove the carby and starter and soak the whole motor in nitro fuel, helps dissolve any dried hard castor oil deposits in the bearings 👍

Or spray little wd-40 in motor let it soak for 15 minutes the pull the pull starter easy to move it around

@@IntegraDIY Or.... Just use decent fuel. Never used after run oil in 30 years. Got engines that haven't run for 5 years or more and they're spotless inside. You just need decent fuel.
@IntegraDIYАй бұрын
@@teabagmcpick889 it’s not really about the fuel. It’s about the environment the engine was stored in. A lot of RC cars are stored in basements and attics or closets that see moisture, even outdoor sheds.. where a lot of humid air and moisture builds up. Steel will always rust, aluminum will always corrode. You store your cars and or engines in better conditions than others. For high moisture conditions, the inside of the engine must be coated in oil to prevent rust, corrosion and gunk to form.
