This is not a real genoa, it can work upwind but abeam and downwind the clew cannot be opened, it takes two engines.

What about downwind? Or reaches? That's why I use two servos, one for in and out and one for port and starboard.

How does this system do downwind? I imagine the genoa is not going to be able to get out very far...

grafwiloff I'm also very impressed. I sail both an IOM and an A Class. The IOM build is on KZfaq but the A Class built by another member of my club is my preferred yacht. I'm impressed and would like to try it on an A class that I'm just about to start building myself. Would love to have some drawings, photos and information.
