Hi doc great video, just had a couple of comments 1. Holding bur parallel to long axis instead will reduce chance of buccal perforations . 2. Avoiding using air syringe once pulp access will reduce chances of air emphysema instead we can use cotton pellets to dry. 3. Wet Canal prep either with chelating agent/ hypochlorite/saline with each file will be better than dry canal prep.

Simply we can use K file 10,15 then Protaper(hand files) Sx , s1, s2 ,f1 ( rotary) Over.

At 7:35....shd not use normal needle to irrigate canal ,,but there are specially designed needles are available which releases irrigants from side walls of needles ,and that is to avoid pressure pushing of debris across apex..
