I know people like to collect, but these are toys, and toys are meant to be played with! Embracing your inner child is a greater aspiration than giving into our hoarding tendencies, or possession flexing :)

Great Video, I had to get one. I’m going to get a Hotshot bearing set & a 10.5t brushless combo, with a 15t steel pinion & SPT 12kg steel geared servo, FlySky radio & 2s Lipo battery . Faster than a Sport Tuned, with little maintenance needed 😎

This is probably a rare moment in time seeing one of these in the wild.. I'm shopping for a Hotshot or a Super Hotshot or a Hotshot II atm. But I want to drive it and getting a Blockhead it would only be a shelf queen.

As a side note. And I see this a lot on youtube. RC drivers need to take into account the scale. These cars are 1/10th scale. That also means physics needs to be scaled down to 1/10th scale. These jumps you are going off are basically like jumping are 1:1 car off a 5 story building. If you've ever watched 1:1 short course racing you'll see the jumps looks pretty tame and kinda think the cars don't jump enough. That same physics applies with 1/10th scale cars.. Rule of thumb. If the jump lip is 3 times over the height of the car then its not to scale and too high. Hence the cars belly flopping. Breaking ball joints. And destroying the gearbox and the sheer load of impact. Anyway. More beers.

I’m the same way. Just got done building the Super Clod Buster Gray Addition and bashed the heck out of it. Broke the light bar but that’s ok but my son and I had fun and that’s what matters!

Car is slow...needs 2s lipo and the Tamiya rz motor....add fans to esc and motor, they get too hot and yes fans can be added....I did to my hotshot, works fine

Why not drive it? These cars are made to be driven, not collecting dust on some shelf! To me this is a big waste not to drive them!
