Burman the great music director passed away . and when life times changed 7-3-1996 wen my father passed away , it was R.D. Burman who came to remove the sadness from my life the song was "Dil Lena Khel Hein Dildar Ka" ; and since then Panchamda is my Guru for Life ; Love U Panchamda , Thanks for all the Happiness that you have bestowed not only on me but millions of fans and followers ; Passionate Fans and Followers to be frank ; you will never die for me ; you are always Alive for Me R.D. I remember that day, I was too young that tym when he passed away... I saw tears into my father eyes also.... I don't know but may I he was the biggest Fan of him..... He got all the collection of cassettes.... He got the chance to work with him but regarding our family composition my father reject the proposal of RAHUL DEB BURMAN..... He missed you so much.... My father also passed away at the same age..... I missed both of you so much..... I still listen his composed song while I miss my Papa........ Though he was the Idol of my Papa, my Papa kept my name as Rahul..... I am not like him but still I wish to take the name, which will get a fame........

He is the one who signed Panchamda for movie Ram Kalyan and then refused to work with Panchamda and gave the permission to Laxmikantji and Pyarelalji to give the music. It is said that in his last few years of his existence he was a sad man, I can understand that because a person who gives his everything to music and then the film industry people ignore him because of new talent then anybody is bound to feel sad. No musician can even come close to this genius, he took birth and walked this earth only once and left behind beautiful melodies, compositions, rhythms and what nots for us to enjoy long after his passing away. The film industry betrayed him and that is the real reason for his passing away. I pray to the almighty to give him eternal rest and peace in heaven.
