The world changes in rdr1 from 1911 to 1914 is practically zero. So as far as rockstar is concerned the old west still isn’t fully over by 1914. And we all know rockstar is known for their attention to detail, so that’s saying something if they didn’t bother to change anything about the world. So the argument that a jack game wouldn’t make sense because it “wouldn’t feel western” doesn’t make any sense. Especially considering the environment that Jack is in at the very end of the story of rdr1 still feels very much western. (based on established timeline RDR lore) If there’s virtually no changes between 1911 and 1914 I’m struggling to see how people are envisioning that somehow by 1915 every aspect of life would seemingly overnight be caught up to speed with modern times. I think as long as we keep a sequel to RDR 1 within the 1910s I think will be just fine. 😂
