Truth to, dapat kse as a CEO of your own company not self interest only, besides as a leader you should listen too to your, employees, gather them then free giving ideas each employees kung anung maaring mga pamamaraan na pwedeng gawin pa para mapaangat ang kompnya, kse kung wala yang employees di kikita kompanya okey. "threat your employees as your family" hnd yung papakitaan nyo ng rascals attitude okey. Sa ganon they loyal on you. And syempre give them motivation para mas lalo magpursige dba ☺️☺️

I agree ako from client facing bigla akong naging Team Leader for 6months like every Monday ako umiiyak sa loob ng PWD CR ng company namin kase dko alam san magstart, para ma kuha ko ang buy in ng team ko but experience is the best teacher talaga

Superb video. But, let me share this here knowing it can uplift someone that comes across it. Effective financial management made me rich and it is all you need if you want to build a strong financial future tomorrow. I started with 1000USD, 3 years ago I invested in a diversified stock market and fast forward to now I am worth 500000USD and am currently finishing my 8 unit apartments. I'm only 35 years old. Diversified stock investments have always proven to be very profitable, especially with the help of experts.

Many employees in Philippines wasn't inspired because they were paid like a slave... and cannot even buy an extra sack of a rice. Transport system was severely poor that causes corporate losses in the long run... in the end, Rank and File employees were always the loser in terms of finances.... sad truth....
