There should be 20+ Ironworkers on this deck, and they should have been on it BEFORE the carpenters finished, What a waste of a crane, come on over to NYC to see how its done, 2 and 3 day cycles on every floor!! This job is a joke!

Why work harder for the company? Are you getting a bonus? All you're doing is working yourself out of a job. As a tower hand I've seen better practices by different companies. I could tell them which practice is more productive, (carpenters)but why would I? I could show them how fast I can operate. But why would I? Job security. Don't kill yourself bubba
