Comfortable seating is often the issue with vans so would have liked to see the seating being put together. I am interested in what depth of foam you went for and it’s level of firmness. I always seem to get it wrong!! 😳

Looks great, comfy and practical too. What a transformation. Liking the idea you have done with the table leg to step it out as I’ve been faffing looking for a solution to mount mine and you gave me an idea 🙌 I keep considering buying a welder but last time I used one I was hopeless and just made a mess 😩 All the best, David 👍

looks brilliant..dont forget the lanoguard for preventing rust on the chassis and dont listen to negative comments about it from people who have applied it wrong or havent actually used it..some people confuse it with wax oil which it isnt..you apply 2 coats the first year and then once a year..the seat looks fantastic.

That power socket that's obstructed will drive you mad as it would drive me bonkers. So, you can either remove it and blank it off or, cut a new piece of furniture board and replace having only 2 sockets. Also, you gotta wrap that HUGE block of wood that supports the table leg! I know, I know, but it looks a bit pants imo. Your van not mine tho 🙂but....just saying. Love your videos fella. Keep em coming. Ps, did I mention that the "upgrade" to that front bench is ummmmmm, very "Heath Robinson"? Cheerio. 👋

Suggest adding soft pads to the bottom of the steel legs so they don't eventually wear through your flooring when you're travelling, cheers.

@@UrbanVanlife He wired my van up with 13 amp cable from a house , Neil. no fusebox either (not kidding) I had a warp spasm at 2am in the morning and ripped the whole lot out. spent about 150 quid on correct cable kit and done a 100% better job than he did. Just p***s me off I paid 8K for the conversion and he botched it. Ive reported his work to tradng standards anyway so he'll be getting a little visit soon. On the plus side, I got great satisfaction following our van wiring guru friend, Greg Virgoe and Viv's internals are looking nearly as spiffing as your most excellent slidey outy bench. Looking forward to seeing you uprate the van....I expect lots of shouty swear words ( they'll probably hear you in Magull lol) much respect to you and emma- Kenny
