This fella has just done my Honda CB 350 seat, what a great job, I would recommend him to anyone.

Would make more sense to either rivet the other way around, or better yet, same and knock out the remaining centre nail and rivet flat using a hammer and dolly. I have a suspicion the rivets if left would cut through the finished exterior eventually.

I've used this product for two Kawasaki Z250 twins. A much worthwhile improvement on the existing seat hooks. I will be buying more of this product. I am surprised no one has come up with the idea many years ago. I would recommend it.

Phil, you do a very nice job on all the Seats. Excellent !! Thanks for the helpfull Vid. I do a restoration on an TS125ER and TS250ER 81/80 Suzuki and your seatcovers are the best what i have found on the Net.

Ahhhhhhhhhh.... that was great if we'd actually seen the seat cover installed.

Yes you are correct, I did it this way just to make it easy to film, as camera in one hand and tools in the other. We have used rivets both ways and just depends on the job at hand.

Just ordered these spike strips off you. This vid is awesome. Not sure what size rivets I’ll need, might have to be trial and error. Excellent vid mate thanks.

Nice, but next time give it a sandblast first, and do some Paint job, before the rust is going further! ;)

My bike is an ‘81 Honda CX500, and I also need to do a bit of kurerust on it before I fit the cover. Luckily there’s none around the rim.

POP rivets ! Honda / Suzuki / Kawasaki / Yamaha, never used Pop rivets on steel seat pans. All of these manufactures used the spike system. Our product is to make the seat covering easy and efficient.
