I just can't believe that I'm old enough to see Rooney retire 😢 In my mind he's still that old school wonder kid, scoring machine who used amuse us all every week end ..... Criminally underrated, underappreciated and misunderstood. England's finest player of a generation and for my money, the best Manchester United player of the 21st century thus far. At his peak he was as unstoppable as Messi and Ronaldo. I know what I saw and I saw the best player in the world at times watching him. His sacrifices for the team may have clouded that fact for some but not me. That was the measure of the man, a testament to his greatness and humility. Thank you Wazza ❤

Growing up as a young man Rooney was my favorite United player, I loved him ,he made fell in love with the sport ,his Consistency ,Strength and Hardwork is Unmatched !!

He made me fall In love with football I remember in 2011 I was like 9 and I saw old clips of united the one where he was bold he was crazy my uncle used to call him a crazy guy 😂and I loved him his passion and I grew to become a united because of him what a player

It is crazy how much stick he gets. He is literally the most prolific goalscorer for United and England. He had it all - speed, strength, technique and character. Consistent for so many years! As told by himself - he adapted for the team and enjoyed being involved with everything. Goals were just a plus. Injuries did him too much (cliche but 🤷🏻). If not, he would have been in the same bracket as Cristiano and Messi. #Beast #Wazza ♥️

The best video I've ever watched on KZfaq was a Manchester derby video you had done a couple of years back. "It's been far too long since Manchester was Red" and Rooney overhead kick with the commentator going "ROONEEEEYYYYYY!" Goosebumps! I guess that was taken down as well.. I had gone through your entire list of video uploads looking for it. :_(

The best part of any vid this lad has done has to be the Batman music as Eric and Fergie talk about a broken team a broken team etc that had me in tears. Think for copyright it was removed but it was a masterpiece

This is precisely why football is not just a game. You could absolutely bet your house on Wazza going into a war everytime he stepped onto the field. The only regret I have is how SAF to a certain extent got him to peter down a bit, he is best enjoyed raw and raring to go. Those choice words after the West Ham hattrick, that Wazza inspired comeback against Spurs, playing against Bayern on half a limb, those lung bursting runs. I don’t think I have ever seen a more selfless footballer. My childhood is well and truly over, and football doesn’t feel the same. What a video, and take a bow son!

They always say players like Rooney, Scholes were underrated, well they weren’t! Every Liverpool fan, Chelsea fan, Arsenal fan etc knew exactly his worth! He was feared by opposition, loved by the United fans. It’s such a shame we grow old but with Rooney, his story will always be told!

This channel is one of the best on KZfaq. Yet gets way less views than other channels. The person behind this channel should focus on a bit of marketing like JTD productions.
