In that first game I checked the database on Lichess out of curiosity (I might want to play into that line as black) and that exact set up has been played by masters with decent success. Turns out, when you play offbeat openings like the Horwitz attack there tend to be plenty of fine responses that might be totally different from each other. Hell that's true for like the majority of openings. Just something you have to develop mental toughness for.

0:45 nahh i love when people dont play theory or just sometimes dont follow opening principles makes the game more interesting…..but maybe thats just me
