As a ex student of dps I can confirm that she indeed is the worst principal we have seen so far she uses vulgar words with teacher as well as student even going as far as insulting the teacher in front of students on excuses such as closing the door hard or making a sound while moving something she doesn't know how to speak to kid or adult she just uses her authority in a false manner once she even said "'what will you achieve after learning bothi laungage do you wanna be monks or nuns or do you want to be momo bothi is for momo"' she also targets the teacher who spoke against her by giving them hard task or assigning them to subject which is not there own like assigning the elementary teachers to senior sections I m really happy to hear this news. It’s very clear that what kind of communication are happening with Divisional Commissioner and his wife surrounding. There are 3 points on which students, staffs and public are protesting and condemning: 1. Disregarding the recent protest against media for “falsely discrediting & defaming HH the Dalai Lama”. She remarked recent protest by telling staffs and students that Ladakhi people has nothing else to do. 2. Deliberately, telling students that they must watch NDTV (which got banned in Ladakh). This clearly shows she has particular dislike and disregard to general public feeling. 3. Director said “we will completely eradicate Bodhi Language. Furthermore, she asked students saying “you want to become monk and nun by studying Bodhi language? It’s very apparent that Divisional commissioners wife has long term goal to be fulfilled i.e. 1) to eradicate/eliminate Bodhi Language 2) Slowly suppress Buddhism in Ladakh. 3) Rule Ladakh by suppressing local people (tactic includes psychologically bully). Beans has been spilled by his wife I.e. Madame Director of Delhi Public School Leh. And DPS is getting special funding from UT Ladakh (how? And why? Has to be investigated properly! )

We marginalized communities never raise our voices against injustice. Our voice are always silenced by the mainland. This is our time to protest against all injustice and discrimination. While we must learn Hindi but we must prioritize our own language, culture religion and traditions. #enoughisenough

Nirja Biswas is the worst director so far in Dps and she always make fun of ladakhi people and judge us and talking varbaly with teachers and students and she thinks she is the Ruler of the school . Julley, I lived in the beautiful place Ladakh with fantastic local people out there for quite a long time. I fully support the voice of local ppl out there and the agenda they are trying to put forward. Any attempt to undermine to the culture of that place should be refuted totally. Ladakh is one of the places where you get to see our rich culture. I bow down to the Sindhu Sanskriti I saw in hearts of people there. They don't need administrators from other part of the country. They themselves can run the UT efficiently and lovingly. Any person in power who attempts to damage the culture of Ladakh must be boycotted. Their cultural values and ties and far more stronger than mere English systems and processes which many administrators try to introduce there. I would again say don't underestimate and undermine their cultural values. Rather, absorb them.

As a dps student i can confirm that... The director is soo rude with teacher she yell at them for no reason.. not only teachers she yell at school maid for no reason... She expelled some of our teachers who were really good at teaching... And many left just because of her... But now i think the things will change, our new vice principal is batra sir... He has ability to run the school and he is been school for long time so hoping for the best 👍

Why don’t a group of people file an FIR against this principle for defamation and on personal attack??? Ladakh police should come infront and enquire about this.

I personally resign from school in two days after joining as environment was not healthy. The management are all outsider. They used to keep pressurising teacher and students for no reason....I think to run school smoothly like other private school of leh, management committee should keep local as their members in majority so that teacher and students don't suffer further.... Otherwise such brainless people don't know the value of rich culture and language of Ladakh. They don't know the power of language..... They don't know that whole nations of the world are formed on the basis of language.... If you can't read whole history .... Please read class 10th history book.... I think even students are aware of importance of language.

As we came to know ,there is also higher risk/chances of accident of schools bus of DPS as some drives hold no driving license leads to lower salary automatically less expenses bear by the school adminstration and even transport permit of many buses has never renewed as per the sources. Proper investigation should need to be carry out.

Misusing of her power and using faul language and mistreating of her colleagues n student is too bad. I m happy that she finally see her end of directorship in leh. Unity against bully 💪
