I have to comment again bro, ur really very good teacher and i like so much your teaching style, u have short but consize videos, and ur building so "small" things but u teach us the fundamentals of some language or framework, so we can then use google and chat gpt and build something bigger and learn alot from that, thats what i did after ur MERN project, and now this React course where i came just to be more confidient writing React with Typescript. for those who follow along and use different logic for new id, you might face some problems with sorting. make sure not to mutate the state. good stuff

To answer ur question, i guess that to delete an element; i have to use the map and then if its the same id i delete the element of the array like this ? function deleteTodo(id: number) { setTodos((prevTodos) => prevTodos.map(todo => (todo.id === id ? null : todo)) ) } I guess it isnt the good way coz isnt working on my computer but it can be rly cool if someone explain me tje good answer : ), rly cool video TY :

Almost! Instead of mapping to null elements, you should use array.filter. Good job!

20:12 I followed all the steps from the vite tailwind documentation and when I try to use the utility classes it does not work. I get no errors at all it just does not apply the utility classes. I have literally done everything under the sun and it just does not work

Yes, I still do it. I'm a white belt with 3 stripes now. I can't put much time into this hobby so I progress slowly. But it's still fun.

Quick question it seems when you enter things (before adding to the todo) it highlights the border of the input in black. Mine is blue, is this a browser default of yours or some config somewhere in the code that I am missing?

Yea I think that's the browser default but you should be able to change the color with a class (probably outline)

Hi, New subscriber and a beginner! Quick question. I deleted the "App.css" the same way you did in 21:46 but im left with an error in the broweser saying "[plugin:vite:import-analysis] Failed to resolve import "./App.css" from "src/App.tsx". Does the file exist?" How do I fix this?
