Most of their music us a Capella. But Kevin is a skilled cellist and sometimes they use that. Several of them play piano and so that is also used occasionally

Yes...Kevin beatboxes WHILE playing the cello. He does it frequently when he uses the cello in their pieces. He calls it "celloboxing" and he's a master at it. They do not use autotune but I think they do use Melodyne. They also mix in some reverb occasionally as well. They use very little "helps" in their sound mixing, mostly because they want to be able to reproduce the song just like they sang it in the official video. The original official video only had Kevin with the cello, but they used a few more cellists and string onstage. Matt is the bass, Scott is a baritone, Kevin sings tenor when he sings and can reach notes that both Mitch and Kirstie can reach. Oh..and Kevin also has perfect pitch, ...and plays piano and keyboard as well.
