That confused me too, she wasn't even that fat... I mean, yeah, she's a little chubby, but morbidly obese looks much more different to me. Her face and legs for example look pretty normal. Also, you have to consider she gave birth to two kids, so this also influences your figure. She has an average mom body, in my opinion.
