I dont usually comment, OK I don't comment at all. But this is such a great suggestion! I hope FBE will notice this and give a shot at this suggestion. I would love to see them reuniting once more, and reminiscing the moment they've been through. Specially those who are got imported to Vietnam or those veterans. Oh yeah that would be great!

I lost my mom back at Christmas and seeing Cheryl's reaction to her mother's picture hit me in the gut. When you lose a parent it's like being indoctrinated into a club you never want to join.

That part brought tears to my eyes. My mother died in 2010, when I was 16, so I can somewhat understand how she feels. I wish I weren't a member of this club.

@@ninawth Yes, I turned 17 this April 23. My mother passed away last month On March 4th. Of course Me, my twin and my older brother who is 29 took it very hard, but I feel more bad for my little brothers who are twins also and only 12. It was so all of sudden. The day before everything was fine and dandy, the next day she is gone out of the blue.

Thank you so much for heart warming stuff. 3yrs ago i was depressed n i steamrolled thru ur try not to laugh challenges. Pulled me out. Sometimes u just need a good belly laugh. Look for every new try not to laugh since n share favs with friends. U dont know how u affect ppl. Vids like this bring me back. Im only 39. At 18 me, my grampa n my uncle looked same, well including my younger cousin 13yrs my junior. Pictures are powerful can help find the Me in ur life

I love what their dad said at the end! My great aunt recently gave me a box full of pictures of my grandparents when they were around my age. My grandpa, even though he was incredibly young and obviously looked different, I was startled by how immediately I recognized him. His eyes and smile stayed the same his whole life. And when I saw the picture of my grandma when she was 20, exactly my age, I realized how much I resemble her. We had the same eyes and nose! Hopefully I get to have those colorized, too

sometimes the photos are everything left from people we grow up with or people he did not had the chance to meet... I'm a very nostalgic person and from time to time I take the old photo albums and I just look at the photos, admiring the people, people I know, people I knew and people I never had the chance to meet. I really like to take those photo albums and look them with my family and relatives, so they can share their histories and I can listen to them while I still can.

Is there anyway that you could ask Phil if he knew a David Staple from the Vietnam War? Bruce sounds somewhat familiar in the family as a family friend. All were from Muskegon Michigan and North Muskeogn.

You never do. I lost my mother when I was 20. I feel the same way as Cheryl, she was gone before I was grown up to really know her. You never get over these kinds of things; you just carry on and learn to live with it.

You're not crazy, you just loved. The moment we get over it, we will forget the person and that's the moment the person truly dies.

Lost my Dad in 2007, sister not quite a year ago. The pain never goes away, it just lessens with time, at least now when I remember my Dad I recall all the times he made me laugh and it makes me smile.
