Click to view the ENTIRE Reactica falldown, featuring 300+ chain reaction steps and 15,000 dominoes! • 15,000 Dominoes + Cali...
For a whole week, I was building this table as part of the Reactica setup at the Children's discovery Museum in San Jose. Reactica was the California chain reaction record, and an annual gathering of 7 top chain reaction builders. I'm very happy to have had the full building time this year (I was already off school, unlike last year), and I could make an impressive machine of my style that worked perfectly in the falldown! (100% CDM success rate yeeee)
Building at Reactica was an amazing experience once again, and it could not have been done without the lead builder and organizer, Flash Domino. Be sure to subscribe to him; he deserves it: / flashdomino
Two cool things about this setup: magnets and k'nex. I found myself extremely capable using magnets throughout the entire setup, and built 5 separate uses for them throughout the machine. See if you can find all of them. As for k'nex, I have to admit it was very important to my setup, and I'm very glad it was brought to the event by almost every builder except for myself. It was easy to build with and kept the machine more organized. However, I'll stick to using k'nex at live events and building with my own style for other videos.
Building along with me at Reactica were Flash Domino, TheRGMGuy01, cwdreactions, E Voltage RGMs, jackofallspades98, and Pranav Seetharaman.
