“Bro doesn’t know Portuguese music” Oh no, there’s been references to bands who aren’t from America and Japan. In fact, that Key that A.B.A is holding shares the name of Swedish musician Paracelsus.

So the Intro is a reference to ABA's original theme from GG Isuka "Quicksilver" and the first few notes of the interlude is another reference to her theme in GG XX "Keep in Gates".

"Bro doesn’t know Portuguese music" Let me introduce to Giovanna, from this same game wich her moves are named in portuguese: Trovão, Sol Nascente, Sol Poente, Ventania, Tempestade and lastly Sepultura, a brazilan heavy metal band wich inspired the character.

6:44 Don't be so sure, the game has a reference to a Brazilian power-metal "Angra", and probably other more obscure things. But in this instance, it's most likely a reference to Pink Floyd - Another brick in the wall.

It's a reference of the old A.B.A theme in Guilty Gear Accent Core Plus R, at least for the backround music, not the lyrics

@@thatonepyronoob I'm tired of people only associating that with ABitW2 when its a leitmotif of the entire album. It's used in nearly half the songs on the album. Nothing against you personally it's just something I see too often and really gives me the feeling that most people saying it have probably never actually listened to the work and only ever just ABitW2 (and maybe Happiest Days of Our Lives before it) Just want to make sure its known that its not just from that song but the entire album uses it all over the place

Something I love about this song is how much it breaks the formula, which fits with the character. Typically the guitar solo is towards the last third of the song, but ABA’s takes place within the first, the chorus for the song is also introduced VERY early, while most songs builds up toward it a lot. Makes sense as the song is about how unusual she is and how she doesn’t fit in.

You know the thing at 6:44 made me think of pink floyd, "We don't need no education! We don't need no thought control!" maybe the most fitting would be the part at 1:20 with the kids
