i was ready for the hate game slander but then following that book with happy place instantly made me terrified LOL a lot of people comment on the friendship dynamics in happy place as if the whole dynamic is them all desperately trying to keep their friendships the same as they were in college when they all clearly are growing up and things are changing like hello of course there is tension LKSDJFLJS

I specifically don't love third person present just because it feels off to me? Idk but i won't necessarily not pick up a book because of that

@@BrittanyandBooks having preferences makes sense, I just can't imagine having a strong enough preference that I would complain about it in a review. Like, maybe I'd mention that it's not my preference to explain a disconnect I felt or something? I don't know, it's just kinda strange to me.

@@Allymai_ i've seen some people who won't read a book if the first letter at the beginning of a chapter is larger than the rest of the font which is just??? So odd to me
