Treasure + Precious is one of my favorite tracks from the discography!! What I noticed and love love loveeee about Ateez is how theatrical they are. They bring a flair of extraness and emotion that is so refreshing. They are truly performance kings, the way they convey emotions in their vocals and dancing is so good. It’s almost like embodying a character. And yes, I’m so glad to see San vocal appreciation! He is their official lead vocal but people usually notice him for his dancing and facial expressions first (as I did too). So glad you got to see a glimpse of their moody b sides! Loved this ❤

100% need more Yeosang. You’ll find that as you move on through the eras, Yeosang tends to continue to have just seconds of lines and it’s quite sad. Luckily with Crazy Form Yeosang had around 30 seconds of lines which is a massive improvement. We’re getting somewhere!

They are monsters live, they ate the stage and left no crumbs. All of them. But Mingi seriously gives always a separate show. I love him on stage.

Love that you are including the live stages! Make sure you include their b-side Win in the live stages you react to at some point. They opened their concert with it and it is amazing. Also, b-side Take Me Home live stage. The one with San in front of a mirror. It is my #2 favorite song (Cyberpunk is #1) and the performance is just outstanding. So many more… Ateez is always at 100% live so any stages are good really.

Indeed hongjoong is a strong center. That's why we have demon line. We called it demon line bcs how they so into the stage with thier strong expression, live and emotion towards the song like they became possessed by the devil 😂😂😂. In demon line we have 3 members which is Hongjoong, Seonghwa and San of course. But still I must say all members have a very strong stage presence!!!!

Their debut title track pirate king and treasure were filmed in Morocco. Also in the beginning of their debut stages on TV shows such as mcountdown, music core and such never really aired them publicly for viewers. The shows would pick a bunch of rookie groups to be aired and usually cause they're from a smaller company they never were broadcasted properly. Also they weren't really close to anyone in their rookie years cause they were frowned upon because others rookies thought their company had money just cause their company sent them to Morocco to film their debut MV. Also their vocals are very stable live after seeing them multiple times, they keep getting better. Hope this helps Austin

They made it a teaser track only and then the album after (Answer) they released the full version. They made precious as the sequel to treasure but didn’t release it until like two year later. Precious is actually one of my favourite songs! I also love Desire. I think you'll like that one alot. I recommend you check out some B-Sides because they might be more your taste. I recommend, Desire, Utopia, Light, Take Me Home, Celebrate, Be With You, The Letter, One Day at a Time, Aurora, Still Here, Mist, Sunrise, Thank U, Dazzling Light, Cyberpunk, Dreamers, Silver Light. Thank you so much for this reaction! Pirate King and Treasure MVs were both shot in Morocco. That Treasure + Precious performance is one of my favorite performances from them! Also, they have performed this combination of songs in concerts after this, but Precious is always shortened/abridged after this one. They haven't performed the full song since that initial 2020 concert in Seoul.

Wooyoung was serving face in their debut stage, but they were all so excellent it's hard to believe it's their debut. The behind the scenes for the MVs and debut were on The Record though they had two shows prior: KQ Fellaz covering their training in LA and Code Name is ATEEZ covering preparations for debut (the latter tends to get blocked). KQ has not been blocking performances from their concert DVDs uploaded by fans (like Treasure + Precious), and you can probably find those for every song. I suggest listening to the b-sides from this album before moving on if you want more vocals. If you want to follow a newly debuted group that also came out of the gate swinging, I suggest ATEEZ's Juniors, xikers. They debuted at the end of March and are incredible. You have to get to their first comeback for more vocal centric songs, but their debut screams, "We debuted from KQ."

omg yes! just in time cuz I didn't know what to watch before bed lol. and I am still obsessed with crazy form too! AND the rest of the album they really came OUT the gate, mad asf. they never really felt like rookies to me. their stage presence has improved a lot of course, but it's always been present treasure is such a solid song, I have yet to get bored of it. Seonghwa always been crazy gorgeous. Woo was bit of e menace, he was doing the most lmaooo. But I love him for that. I loved this reaction Precious is one of my favorites so when i read it in the title i got excited immediately LOL Also i think the best showing of their vocals are either their concerts or some special performances like from Its Live, unfortunately I feel like the comeback stages mostly the early ones don't showcase their vocals well enough their mics are turned way down i feel like, fot example say my name and hala hala are next (though you already reacted to them before so maybe youll skip them) the best I've heard is from their 'Break The Wall: Anchor' concert, so if youre interested to hear more of their clear vocals I definitely recommend looking up if they performed the song youre checking out at the 'Break The Wall: Anchor' concert Sorry for the long comment lol i just know you enjoy live clear vocals like me so i thought thats the clearest we get to hear them!

For Yeosang unfortunately he mostly has one or two lines in the songs and if he has more they’re very auto tuned…but he did a cover of the song ‘Hug Me’ where I think you’ll like his vocals a lot more cause it’s just him and nothing else

I feel like it's a common thing for main vocalists to stand off to the side for their high notes (obvs not always), and Jongho definitely does that sometimes, but I feel like out of most main vocalists, he's the one i see dancing through his high notes the most - so incredibly impressive!!

I think in the beginning they didn't know how to properly utilise Yeosang's voice (it's quite deep) plus he wasn't that confident with his skills yet. But it definitely changed with time and now he is absolutely shining in each comeback.

Yeah Yeosang unfortunately didnt get many lines in Ateez songs for many years, hes only recently just started getting past the ten second mark in songs. If you hear Atinys saying that he wasnt confident or was shy and asked for little parts that's just not true! Hes been asking for more lines and parts since 2019 but unfortunately the producers didnt listen to him and didnt give him many parts. He has two covers that he has done where its just his raw vocals. One i unfortunately dont remember the name of but his Hug me cover he did for his birthday is so amazing and you should really check it out if you want to hear more Yeosang!
