In Japanese, the only consonant sound that can end a word is "n" (which isn't even really "n" it's just a generic nasal sound and depending on what's around it it could be pronounced like an ng or an m as well BUT ANYWAY). So there'd be no way to say "Beez" in Japanese without it also being "beezu." So it's pronounced "beez" when you're speaking English, because that's the sound they're TRYING to create, but if you're speaking Japanese it'll always have that "u" at the end because that's just how the Japanese language works.
