Welcome back and good reaction. You got it, this was the big theatrical opening for their concerts in January - their first live shows in nearly 2 years. It is also the opening track on the album they released in March. As this is the official video it has the studio audio dubbed over the live performance - they used the live audio for the BluRay of course and Su-metal's vocals along with the Kami Band's live instrumentals are even more powerful. You were wondering do they ever go to Canada? You missed them just a couple of months ago ... they played in Toronto and Vancouver as part of their co-headlining tour (30 dates) of north America with Dethklok on the BABYKLOK tour. They are just nearing the end of their own headline tour (20 dates) all around Europe. Well spotted with the kitsune (fox) hand signs too - and if you look at the throne Su-metal was sitting on at the start you will also see that is made up of swords and kitsune hands too.🤘🦊🤘 You have a lot of good suggestions in your previous BABYMETAL videos for more songs you might react to, so I won't repeat all of those now, but I hope you will do them soon.

They perform in a form similar to Babymetal (with a backing band) but their musicality has different intense from Babymetal. I like Babymetal, PassCode and more recently, Hanabie🥰

Designed to open the show, it builds and builds and never really goes anywhere, well to the next song I guess:) I luv that we hear Su use a lot more vibrato than she normal does. If you guys want to jump to the top of heap, there are two recent masterpieces, both released in 2021. They are From Dusk Til Dawn, where Queen-Su gives, perhaps, her greatest vocal performance. The other is Monochrome, Clear Night Version, where Su and Moa semi-officialy welcome MoMo as their new third member w/ a really touching group hug!

Nice one, thanks! This is how they opened their two first shows at Makuhari Messe in late January 2023, after their year hiatus. The audio is from the studio track, though. I see this like Empress Su-metal and Shōgun Moametal haranguing the hordes of kitsunes before the battle. 😁 Yes, the audience do the kitsune (fox) sign all the time. Way more than the classic devil's horns sign on a "regular" metal concert. And the ladies love it. 🤘🦊

I waited over 3 years to see them live thanks to the stupid pandemic, but I finally got to see them in Dallas this year.
