🌸 🏫 We're also very fond of our first president, Ayami Mutō, the girl you kept pointing out. : ) There were no third year of middle school students the first year, so Ayami is the only person to be Sakura Gakuin President two years in a row. Miss Mutō̄ put out several albums after graduating from Sakura Gakuin. She disappeared for a while (suspected to have been studying overseas in New Zealand during 2016-2017), but returned to Japan and resumed her singing career, although she is no longer signed with Amuse, Inc. Before Sakura Gakuin, Ayami was in Karen Girl's with Suzuka, along with a third girl, Yuika Shima, who did not join Sakura Gakuin. Yuika was in the Idol group Maboroshi Love, as well as Spica no Yoru, a duo with Raura Iida, another Sakura Gakuin graduate. Raura is the short haired girl in this video). And yes, this will all be on the test. : )

If anyone had told me seven years ago that I would become a fan of a Japanese metal band fronted by three adorable girls, I would have told them they were crazy. And then I would go on to become a fan of a Japanese idol group consisting of young girls, would continue on for years, and even learn the names of all 36 of its members, I would have said ridiculous. But that is exactly what happened. BabyMetal and then Sakura Gakuin opened a door to a whole new world of music for me, which led me to the likes of Wagakki Band, Doll$Boxx, Band Maid, as well as other groups, most recently Atarashii Gakkou. They have all given me such joy through these years; and it began by feeling so uncomfortable about liking some really young girls that I had to investigate their background, and discovered how wonderful and special they are. I often say that BabyMetal and Sakura Gakuin have helped to make me a better person, and I will always love them for it.

Yep the two girls that brought your attention are important. *Ayaka,* the beautiful tall lady, is now a model and an actress. The other girl is *Ayami,* she was the class president on the first year of Sakura Gakuin and she is an important person for both Yui and Su. She was the frontgirl in Karen Girl's where she was together with Su, and later she became a bit like a mentor figure to her, as she is one year older (she graduated for SG one year prior to Su). For Yui, their families were acquainted and she got into the idol industry because she was a fan of Karen Girl's and wanted to be like Ayami. Ayami is still a singer as of today, never got very very popular but she has grown a career. On an instagram stream not long ago she mentioned that she still hangs out sometimes with Moa and the girls. Maybe you could check on her stuff some day, I'm not sure that will atract too may people on a reaction stream because she is not that popular and does romantic songs, but well.

The adorable girl is Ayami Muto. She was in Karen Girls with Su and was also seen as a talented singer, but maybe less dynamic. You can see her featured in SG Twinklestar videos. She hasn't had an easy path and is no longer with Amuse, but she is starting out again with a new record company and doing press. She has some new youtube videos so just search on her name and look at the most recent videos. If I post the links my post gets deleted.

More. You need to do more SG. The girl you kept pointing out is Ayami Muto. She’s still making music and is worth checking out. Other girls who were in this video that you should also look at are Hinata Sato (she mostly does voice acting now, but all her main roles have a musical element to them so she still sings) and Marina Horiuchi who is incredibly busy these days. She’s just released a solo album and and album with her group Healer Girls, you should check out her solo stuff, it’s really good.

The feeling you're describing after ending a Sakura Gakuin music video parallels what some fans lucky enough to see them have coined "The Babymetal Blues" which come in the days following a Babymetal concert, as the extraordinary high from the experience recedes, replaced by ordinary reality, and you can't wait until you can be at & be part of another show.

Yep actually true! Most BM gigs have fan meet ups after as the fans want to keep the buzz going. They can range from maybe a dozen to hundred sometimes. When I saw them in London at start of 2020 (pre lockdown pandemic) we all but took over a pub near the venue after, got them to play BM songs and just sang and drunk until it closed).

I've memorized all the girls names watching this video over and over (I call it "a singing school album picture" :)): kzfaq.info/get/bejne/aZOFn5mUsdeZZGw.html I can say all the girls names now even when being awoke in the middle of night. The top row, left to right: Suzuka, Nene, Ayami, Marina, Raura. The bottom row, left to right: Airi, Rinon, Hinata, Yui, Moa, Hana, Ayaka. Too bad the video is available in crappy 480 resolution only :(

Sooo, to give you a hand in recognizing them: at 3:46 Suzuka Nakamoto, Ayaka Miyoshi, Airi Matsui and Ayami Muto (left to right), at 3:51 Hinata Sato, Nene Sugisaki, Raura Iida ( 2i at start) and Marina Horiuchi, and finally at 4:05 Hana Taguchi, Moa Kikuchi, Yui Mizuno and Rinon Isono. MY fav besides Babymetal however is Nene, though of course i like em all!

You'll definitely remember Mutō Ayami, the girl you pointed out a few times, after you watch the 2010 nendo test. Which is also a pretty good way to get familiar with the "1st generation" (both 2010 and 2011 tests). And at 8:12, "that girl on the right" is Miyoshi Ayaka. Very well known model (she modeled billboards for Gucci, Dior and similar brands, as did the other girl in the shot, Matsui Airi) and actress. She's the one who plays the "doctor" in Alice in Borderland, really easy to recognize because she's almost always the tallest person in the shot she's in. She also had roles in a few good movies, but most of them aren't known "in the west", like Tabidachi no Shima Uta (Leaving on the 15th Spring). I always wondered why the romanized title is "Verishuvi". It's written "Be-Ri-Shi-u-Bi-Tsu" if you convert the Katakana into latin alphabet and everyone always pronounces the title as "Verishuvitsu" when talking about the song.

Cuteness overload in this video... 6:48 - that's Ayami Muto, she was the president council student from Sakura Gakuin class of 2010-2011, when Sakura Gakuin first formed, which some of the students are Suzuka Nakamoto, Moa Kikuchi & Yui Mizuno

Ah, Ayami Muto, the 1st World’s Cutest Idol. Sometimes lacking an internal filter, she once got scolded for saying that she was so cute she ate rainbows and made marshmallows in the bathroom! This was during her self introduction at a big Idol festival!😄 We all love the Hell outta President Muto san.💪🏻🤘🏻

I see, so Ayami is your oshi. Not that it matters but my non-SG or OF oshi is Sara. She's not here in the video as she joined SG in 2014. Back to Ayami, she was definitely among the best singers that SG has produced along with Su, Marina, Aiko, and others. She was with Su in Karen Girl's before they enter SG. She was the student council president from Nendo 2010 and 2011 until she graduated together with Ayaka Miyoshi and Airi Matsui. Su became the student council president after her. She has a solo career now if you want to listen to her songs. Her voice was still amazing and soothing. I'm sure you'll be mesmerized by her vocals.

So once you learnt their names and to recognise them at all the different ages (because yes they can be in SG from 11 to 15 and grow and change) you then need to learn their nicknames. For example as everyone has mentioned Ayami (the short cute one) is referred to as Madame President. She is the only girl to be class President for 2 years and set a lot of the traditions SG followed ever since. So you will come to know the girls with nicknames like Baby-chan, Nene-don, Marippe, Boss-panda, etc. :) and my favourite tensai herself (aka Rinon). About what happened to you during the Google Drive video: if it was going to happen, it was going to happen with GJ, she's just so badass in that. Lol. Good Job, indeed, Yui! Also worthy of note: the contrast between MoaYui in Verishuvi vs. in GJ. They've come a long way. If you want more SG cuteness overload (although I actually start worrying about your heart condition, mate, don't collapse on us during a review! ;-)), check out 'Song For Smiling.' That song does deliver what its title says.

Hi, appreciate a lot if you can react to this underrated girl group LABOUM. Songs suggestion Shooting Love, Only U (Summer song), Between Us and Firework. I hope you can react to LABOUM, help them gain the recognition because they are so underrated in South Korea and globally but they have the best discography.
