Brazil was coming from a “bad” campaign during VNL and I was afraid of What would happen in the World Championship. I am very happy they ended in 3rd place.

just curious about the two plays around 2:25 why did the let the backrow outside hitter set those balls instead of having the libero set and keep him as a hitting option?

Any tips for a sort of new player? I play libero but kinda want to play setter.

as a libero u have nice technique i assume, so playing setter might not come as hard as for example opposite playing setter. U need to communicate with teammates to know what kind of sets they like. I can give some pointers( i play outside but know how to set a little). SO, never set close to the net since hitters would be easily blocked, ask outside and opposite what kind of ball they like when they are in backrow, middle what kind of ball cause u need to sync with him, u cant dump a ball when youre in backrow. always stop when getting to the ball cause u will have more control rather than moving. Hand signals are important, you are always diagonal from your opposite, when your setting in zone 2 or 1 watch the antenna or spot where u want to set, what i mean is watch in front of you so u can know how to set behind you. Thats it for me i wish you good luck

Aight hot take, Bruno is better than cachopa, I know he had a good performance but this whole tournament cachopa didn’t have as good of a connection he should have, best of luck to him and hopefully he gets a better connection with our hitters, and next time we’re coming home with a gold!
