How come everything by Dimash is blocked now? We used to watch these with no issue. Let me guess....the money changers. He’s getting more famous. He’s money in the bank. Not Dimash though. He does a performance with Confessa + Diva Dance- Confessa is traditionally sung in Italian but since he was on the Chinese show he sings the 1st part in Mandarin, then switches to Italian!!! I don’t know why someone always like to create controversy. In this performance that was held in Kazakhstan with thousands of visitors who witnessed this concert. This song was the one of the most epic performances that was composed by Igor Krutoi for him and sang it at the European Olympics in 2019. The choir is always in the background and the full orchestra also. I don’t know who told you that he mimics. These are life concerts and he sings every songs. They are just hatters!!! Remember Dimash has an Opera star mom, he was FIRST and foremost trained classically, operatically. He was offered a star position in the top Opera company in Kazakhstan, but turned it down because he wanted to go in his own unique direction - he had a vision for his music career. For YEARS UNTIL AROUND 2019, Dimash use to move the mic rapidly back and forth from side to side to PROVE he was singing live as you could then hear his voice cut in and out with the movement. He has spoken to this issue in interviews, and he does not lypsinc. Opera singers sing with the same flawless vocal perfection night after night (usually 2 to 3 nights off between shows), and no one questions them. IN AN AGE WHERE SO MANY LOW TALENT ENTERTAINERS USE AUTOTUNE, AND ALL KINDS OF STUDIO HELP AND WHO DO LYP SINC....IT'S JUST SO HARD TO BELIEVE THAT DIMASH - for some people - CAN SOUND so great live. Dimash is definitely singing this live. You should check the famcam version of this. You'll see that veins on his throat. Some people will just do & say anything to discredit Dimash. He is the real deal.

Sometimes people confuses out of sinc video audio with mimicking. Most of his performances are live. Unlike many singers I have to say. The ones from the TV cannot tell for sure. But I agree with you, he can't be that good at mimicking. But I recommend not to rely on your ears alone. I have been deceived by my ears in the past with Dimash. Later I saw software comparisons of different versions of some of his songs that "sounded" the same to me and they turned out to be different... Both live...

Yes, he sings live here. Because he made 2 not obvious mistakes that would have been corrected in the recording, when he fell off the falsetto a little (the moment in the video where he shook his head) and then did not get into the phrase a little further. This all shows that it is sung live.

Usually he sings live, except in some TV shows and so. Here was definitely live :) . Although was always a little worried for his voice when he had a tour with long concerts and in between some shows or events. Yes, this one was indeed done live but his performance of this song at World Skills was not, and yes, there are some performances of other songs that are lipsynched primarily due to circumstances or requirements pf the particular venue or event--not because he is not capable of singing them live every time. Some of his lipsynched performances are the whale version of "Across Endless Dimensions," and the recent Slavic Bazaar performance of the same song as well as "Be With Me" at that event.

at new wave 2021 performance people think that dimash lipsynching because the sound was too clean. then check all singers who sing there. they all sound good. the reverb in that room is so good & the effect engineering guy backstage must be doing great job adding all of those affect at live performance. new wave is some kind of international singing competition for profesional singe..i guess.. this year dimash as a judges & he perform 3 new songs there. stranger, fly away, ave maria. he also performed some of his old songs.
