For the robot, KA/YO, he was actually always a good guy, he was built on an alternate universe version of earth because in that universe the radiants aka the people with super powers tried to take over the world and the non radiant people made KA/YO to stop them, hence the time to kill some radiants line also in that universe, he actually killed Reyna cause she was the main radiant who lead the others to start the war so there’s that too P.S. in Fades trailer too, she tried to fight the agents but eventually she was able to distract them and almost make an escape, but KA/YO used his radiant suppression stuff to catch her

I love how even tho there is no gameplay for Chamber in the trailer and their reaction looked like it's something they've yet to figure out the abilities, in game when it was first released it was the most broken character ever created. I missed those times when Chamber had 2 trips 😂😂

Radiants are basically people with superpowers in the valorant universe. Anybody who can do supernatural things, no tech required, is a radiant, people like Jett, Phoenix, Reyna, Yoru, Skye, etc.

Yeah, Kay/O (robot guy) is more like an anti skills character. If he uses the knife or ulti near ya', Radiants or devices will stop working for some time, even ultis, and if they activated it priori, it would just shut down.

Always a 5V5, unless someone disconnects. All the gamemodes are 5v5 and the only one thats not a 5v5 is deathmatch. Ok, I'm a lore geek so here's my understanding of the game's lore so far. In the near future, 2039, an event call The First Light took place and caused rifts in the sky to appear and these rifts gave the Earth a new element called Radianite. People got powers thanks to this element and the technology got more advanced also thanks to this. Our Earth is Alpha Earth or Earth 1 and in this Earth, Kingdom is the a really big company that controls 3/4 of the world's energy by using Radianite, this company created the Valorant Protocol. The Valorant Protocol includes the following agents sorted chronologically in the lore: 1. Brimstone (US), 2. Viper (US), 3. Omen, according to in-game voicelines, his name is Fred (Unknown), 4. Killjoy (Germany), 5. Cypher (Morocco), 6. Sova (Russia), 7. Sage (China), 8. No one knows who this person is, could be an undercover, could be MIA, 9. Phoenix (UK), 10. Jett (South Korea), 11. Reyna (Mexico), 12. Raze (Brazil), 13. Breach (Sweden), 14. Skye (Australia), 15. Yoru (Japan), 16. Astra (Ghana), 17. Kay/O (Alternate timeline Earth), 18. Chamber (France), 19. Neon (Philippines), 20. Fade (Turkey), 21. Harbor (India). Earth 2, or Omega Earth, has been exhausted of Radianite, therefore they had to create a portal and tried to steal Radianite from Alpha to save their dying home and the way to do it is to plant the spike (or the bomb) in places that is enriched with Radianite. When they came to Earth 1, their outlines are a bit glitchy due to the fact that that is not their origin home. After the events in the first cinematic, Ignition, the events in the cinematic Duality soon followed a day later and then the Retake cinematic, then Warm up and lastly, Shattered. Basically, Earth 1 and 2 just fight for Radianite. There's a map called Fracture, it is the same lab that researches about ways to make portal to the other Earth in the same location in 2 Earths collided with each other, 1 side is enriched with life, plants overgrowing the facility while the other half is deserted, no life, only sand. What happened is that both Chambers from those 2 Earths, instead of fighting against each other, worked together and destroyed the place causing damage and casualties. Not sure why, it is theorized that because he is a weapon supplier, he did this so that Alpha and Omega would keep fighting. About Kay/O, he is originally a robot made to surpress the abilities of Radiants and technology that benefits from Radianite, he was neither from Alpha or Omega, he is from an alternate timeline where after the events in Ignition, Radiants were seen as threats and non-Radiants discriminated them. Therefore, the Radiants stood up and fight for themselves, violently and their leader was Reyna. Radiants were much stronger in this timeline but Kay/O did manage to kill Reyna but he got sucked into some sort of portal an traveled to Alpha and he chose to fight for then until he finds a way home. About Phoenix, before joining the Valorant Protocol, he was a student but due to being unable to control his power, he burnt the whole school. Kingdom saw his potential and recruited him and covered everything about that incident.

So fun thing about the Kay/0 trailer. It wasn't time travel or reset abilities. It was machine learning. Running a simulation multiple times with small changes to try to reach a desired output.

I highly recommend watching pro players' insane clips, it's def an entertaining one for all of the boys

I absolutely love valorant. I study plays, characters, and lore constantly but I never get the chance to genuinely play it due to how unchill players can be. Even though you’re not in ranked matches, people can still get overly toxic and ruin your whole game mindset. I’ve encountered this far too many times to the point where I just don’t care to play anymore. For example, I once got yelled at by a Raze for not being able to clutch when everyone failed their entry. I genuinely lost focus due to the amount of times this kid yelled at me so I just played support. The funny part is that it was a normal match. I was expecting a chill game to start the day but instead it just killed my whole mood.

This might be my bias bc God knows I've spent yaaay too much on gun skins in valorant but plz react to them if you can make a video out of all of it bc the creativity with each set and the trailers is actually super cool and one of my favorite parts of Valorant

Fade, the last character trailer shown, basically uses people's fear against them. For Neon, her fear is being unable to run. Cypher's is being constantly watched and having his identity revealed. For Breach, it is him going to jail. For Chamber, I'm not sure. Hard to tell from just the trailer. For KAY/O, his fear is Brimstone dying since they are close friends. For Sova, I assume his fear is being blind/unaware of his enemies.

Watch the 2022 VCT(Valorant Champions Tour) Highlights. I recommend the Valorant DIrect one and/or the JAXED one. Both are honestly equally good compilations. If you want to know how Valorant matches works at pro level, like the tactics and and the set plays and stuff, you can watch Sovereign Guides's video on DRX vs FPX. He really explains what goes on the mind of these teams and players and how they play the game. That match in particular is one of the best as it was a match that went 6x Overtime because both teams was so neck and neck.

A bit of lore exposition here: Skye and Reyna are the two most powerful radiants. Not in game, but story wise. Skye can bring life to inatimate objects, and Reyna frickin sucks the souls out of their dead bodys

For the first half of KAY/O trailer is suppose to show that he as an artificial intelligence learn from each battle to supress and combat radiants and radianite utility, while the second half is the actual gameplay.

If you buy full armor then you have 150 HP, different guns have different damage output allocated to which body part you hit, so if some one gets a head shot almost always dies...

KAY/O was technically built to exterminate rogue Radiants like Reyna who is basically the leader of the rogue Radiants, hence she is also known as the queen, which makes sense since Reyna in Spanish means queen anyway. She's a Mexican who have a grudge against Valorant protocol, especially at the American chemist Viper. These rogue Radiants want to take over the Earth Prime, hence Reyna keep saying: "Radiants are the future!"

Kay/O doesn't have replay or glitch. That was just lore. The "Active Replay" was Kay/O's AI scanning. His gameplay r the knifes that disables enemy's abilities, the grenades and flashes
