The War is very special to me because when I got to know EXO and became EXO-L was during that time, I remember waking up at 7am going to English learning center school and listening to power 🤣, it was 7am😅 such beautiful memories I loved them from the first song I heard and within two weeks I became obsessed. I love this Era. It was summer the album was very delightful, happy and energetic. Their vocals were insane to me their fan meeting fancams were everywhere so their lonely humble personalities made it very more easier to get attached to them🥰

Oooh, my favorite EXO album! Also, just letting you know that Chen wrote Touch It. There are a lot of interpretations for Touch It but most of them are far from innocent lol. Forever and Going Crazy are my favorites for how unique the chord progression and the harmonies in the chorus are (Forever) and the crazy bridge and track (Going Crazy). I don’t know how many times I listened to those songs when they first got released lol. Thanks for reacting to this album, really enjoyed re-listening to it with you!

"Forever" and "Going crazy" sound like twin brothers to me. Both are high energy and chaotic/ complex. Didn't like "Chill" at the first couple of listening, but I find that it is such a unique song that shows different facets of members from other EXO songs. And I heard it is composed by Chanyeol. "Sweet Lies" is a baby-making music

They released Power on purpose bc of the Winter Olympics. It was literally the Olympics theme song there. It was played nonstop even the visitors we humming and singing to power by the end of the Olympics.

I think this is my fave album probably because Kyungsoo ate in this one. Not that he didn't with the other albums but he really added something in this album. He sounded more raspier and huskier and in suited this album. I can't get enough of his growls. Gods. But I also love him in the tempo album. You should definitely watch the Sweet lives version Sir Austin, because that performance is just top tier and also Going Crazy (but the video is a combining of fancams but still good tho don't know why there isn't a better quality)

For this album, The Eve and Touch It are my fave. They sang Boomerang dressed in a suit in Elyxion. Also, at JYP's party people. But for me, EXODUS album is special as it is the last album with EXO M and EXO K versions plus OT10. Aside from the fact that you have Call me baby, my answer, el dorado, and playboy are there.
