I'm just imagining Goku with mastered ultra instinct it's like the peak of calm you are completely aware of your surroundings with like all your senses mastered and then the hulk is just pure rage that only gets stronger and stronger with every hit the pure amount of rage from hulk would make it physically impossible to land a hit on Master ultra instinct I'm telling you that's not a fight that he can win not because strength alone but because the sheer sense of mastered ultra instinct it doesn't matter how strong or fast to become when your body knows what to do and moves on its own you don't need speed when you're physically controlling your body it's not instant you can't instantly give a signal from your brain to your left leg to move it might seem like it but it takes time and that fraction of a millisecond could be your downfall compared to mastered ultra instinct

Saitama falls in the same category of becoming stronger for every punch he gives and the recent manga saitama didnt bleed i think but if he did its mostly because of cosmic garou copying his stats in he's fight with cosmic garou. Nothing Saitama has ever done comes even remotely close to what hulk has done, full stop. I love Saitama he's a great character, but if we talking comic vs manga, saitama just hasn't put in that work yet. At least not compared to hulk.
