Ribs do not grow back, but they do heal incredibly well. If a rib is broken, the usual medical treatment is to simply treat the pain until the rib heals itself. Unless the rib has punctured an organ or is causing breathing issues.

Every time Medic would've regrown his eye, it would turn into a flying monster eye called Monoculus on halloween and wreck havoc.

18:00 while bones dont actually grow back if fully missing they do have the ability to grow back if a part is missing and different bones can re grow a different ammount. teeth for example can only re grow small parts but if its more then the crown or even less then that i think they wont but ribs have the unusual ability that given enough time even when a large ammount of them is missing eventually it will fully grow back. so if they are missing entirelly they stay gone but if like half of it is gone over a few years they might fully grow back, however i dont know how much exactly they can actually re grow. so bones growin is a thing but only in limited capacity and very slow so evenm if it happens you will still have a long time with lots of pain if your near the limit of how much they can re grow.

There actually were plans to make playable female versions of the mercenaries, they even had concept art, but it was all scrapped

The only two women on tf2 are: Miss Pauling, who essentially gives out missions to the mercs and cleans up any mess they leave behind while they do those missions (there is almost always a mess) And she works so hard she only gets one day off a year, revealed in Expiration Date, where Scout asked her out on a date because he thought he had three days to live. And the Administrator, who basically kinda oversees everything, she was the voice you hear in the meet the spy video. Also, she's a double agent, as she bosses around both the blue and the red team. In the comics, she just sits in a big room with tons of cameras, and she switches voice channels to talk to both teams. Both Pauling and Admin are like the puppet masters of the whole game, and the only ones above them are Redmond and Blutarch Mann, two bitter old brothers who hired the red and blue team of mercs to kill each other and take over the badlands.

A couple fun facts about TF2: Scout’s named “Jeremy” after Jerma985, who was a pretty big TF2 content creator back in the day. Soldier isn’t actually a war veteran. He was rejected from literally every single US military branch because he was too insane. Demoman has drank so much alcohol in his life that his body now just naturally creates its own alcohol to consistently keep him drunk.

The game came out in 2007, and was in development for 9 years. There's some more stuff to watch from TF2, like Expiration Date, Mercenary Park and Mann vs Machine. And fan made stuff like Emesis Blue, Lazy Purple's "How it feels to play _" series and End of the Line. There's also the official webcomic made by Valve that's completely bonkers. A favorite of mine is the TF2 PSAs by Krunkidile that are utterly surreal with great music in it, and great gameplay advice in the description.

Lazypurple has great videos on learning the characters and how they play. If you ever want to play TF2 it is a blast but you might run into bots in a lobby, however it is awesome all the same.
