Facts, Stanford was the team I was rooting for after USC got put out, (im not from USA or anything) their players last few years were really good, and also really nice people) really fun to watch and explosive.

@@victoriabrowneI thought libero didn't serve, but I saw you serve at 16:15. Is the rule that libero Don't serve only in Haikyuu anime?

@@abhijitshubham9730 Liberos cannot serve when on the International level. Haikyuu is based of off volleyball in Japan so their rules can vary so usually when the libero is in the position to serve they're usually switched out with another player temporarily. American volleyball allows the libero to serve when in a match during high school, middle school etc even though the libero position is on the defensive side. I find it stupid that they allow liberos to serve when they can't even attack above the net, in which case a jump serve does. So overall, yes, the assigned libero in the lineup is not allowed to serve. UNLESS, if it falls under the international levels in US volleyball. Hopefully you understand a bit cause I was also confused, so I just did a bit of research

@@ukiyo1640 actually I also read about it😁 Yes, you are right. Liberos cannot attack when the ball is above the net, so it doesn't make any sense, them serving. However I didn't know that US high school/college level volleyball allow them to serve. So, thanks for that info👍 appreciate it!

I love how in college ball, everyone hits full out most of the time and gets a good hit... I'm going into highschool and when I hit full out, it either goes in the net or out of bounds Victoria, can you give me some tips for that?

Technique over power first! getting your form down is more important usually if it goes out then you aren’t snapping your wrist and if it goes in the net a lot of the time it would be because you aren’t timing it right! Ik it’s short but hope this helps!

I would really work on vertical training because these collage girls have amazing verticals. That’s why they can hit fill out on any set.

Hmm well definitely has to do with your reach and the angle you're hitting the ball at. If it's going out of bounds I'd guess you're too far underneath the ball!

you gotta do more of these, I love them so much. I just finished my 2nd year of playing volleyball and I can definitely say that you've been a huge inspiration throughout my two years of playing. You've helped me throughout the course of me getting a lot better. I fortunately was able to play varsity for in my sophomore year (Until Corona occurred) of High School and I owe it all to you and coach Donny. Keep up the great work !

For me it's honestly good to see you don't always get the ball, because you always see titles like " best hits" and it makes it seem like there's no room for mistakes so just seeing that in college there are still mistakes, it's just helpful. Love your videos Victoria they are so fun!

I remember watching USC vs Stanford the year after you graduated with my club team at Stanford and I was the only usc fan in the club. haha and we got to meet the Stanford players which was fun but i was kinda disappointed i didn’t get to meet usc haha

You and max should react to one of your favorite volleyball games or one of his favorite football games. You should also bring a friend that was on the team with you or on the opposing team and do a reaction video with them!
