I'm glad that u shared this. I reminds me of doing it too when I was younger. But I do hope that I can get back into barrel racing since it ended at the age of 9. Now I'm 14 years old and trying to get back into the event again. But my trainer won't let me quite yet. But I can feel it's around the corner for about 5 years till it happens. Please wish for me that I can do the barrels soon. And Fallon your the one who got me back into barrel racing again. When my barrel racing days were over i thought that in was never going to get a chance to do it again. Till I saw u on KZfaq I knew that I had to get back into barrel racing again. Nice to see someone like you make a video like this, reminds me of an event I was at with my mare. I was 2nd after dressage, 1st after xc, and I will never forget the announcer saying "for your viewing pleasure, so and so in 1st place" and then she refused until we got eliminated. 😣 it was horrible!! Every one was so nice at the event, and we went back into warm-up and jumped a few more jumps fine, but oh, it was horrible. 😔 oh well we all have fails and bad rides etc! Thanks!!

Im convinced the only way to learn is through failure. And it doesn’t have to be big fails but, doing something the “wrong way” and then changing that for way better results is something great! haha, its ok I do the same thing every day and that moment when you look at your old riding and posture and everything and your like what was I doing and you thought you were the best then and your like noooo... When I look back on old videos I cringe sooo much and casually die inside but it makes me feel​ really good to see how far I have come since then haha

ever since i started your videos i started barrel racing and ive only rode once before but i trotted with the horse cuz i couldnt run yet i was not ready but my first time i got 2 mins i know thats a long time for a lot of people but my goal was to get 5 mins so i was super happy i just wanted to say thx for encouraging me to get this far and to let me know that its ok to get that slow of time cuz ill get better so thanks
